Making your home glow with style

F.A.Q

1. What is your delivery policy?

Delivery is free within mainland UK.  When you order from our website we aim to dispatch your mannequin leg lamp within 3 working days.  All parcels will be sent by a guaranteed delivery service or delivered by us in person.  If you want to place an order from outside of mainland UK it is important that you contact us first before placing an order.

2. What is your returns policy?

We aim to describe and show all our products as accurately as possible but if you have any specific questions about one of our mannequin leg lamps then please contact us before purchasing. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason,  it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  Postage costs are non-refundable and all items must be sent back via a guaranteed delivery service and in their original packaging.  We cannot accept returns of  items personalised for you in any way.

3. How long will it take from order to delivery for bespoke items?

About 3 – 4 weeks; but it could be sooner.  We will always try to do our best if your order is urgent and will give you a more accurate timeframe when you place your order.

4. Do you require a deposit for bespoke items?

Yes there is a nominal deposit of £100 with the balance payable before delivery.

5. How much do the bespoke lamps cost?

Bespoke lampshades are from £50 and the new double leg lamps are from £475

Delivery is free and all lamps come with a complimentary LED bulb.

6. Can I ask for something really quirky?

Of course, as long it is not gruesome or offensive in any way!  We all have different tastes and whilst someone may prefer pastel colours with frills, lace and fluffy trim another may prefer sleeker designs or bold bright fabrics.

7. Can you send me a sample of the fabric you intend to use?

Yes.  We will agree colours, basic shape and design, leg dressings etc. before we begin.

8. Can I use my own fabric for a bespoke lamp?

Yes of course, as you may have fabric that matches your existing furnishings which you would like to use.  However we do not recommend using the thicker upholstery fabrics as they are too bulky to give a neat finish.  Also if the fabric is too thick or dark it will not allow sufficient light through.
