Processing of order

Here at Hollywood Lamps we have tried to provide a website that is both simple to navigate around and simple to place your orders.

  • Choose your products, select the quantity then “add to basket”
  • At this stage you can either continue shopping or click on “checkout”
  • Enter the required billing and delivery address together with your telephone number.  A mobile number is preferable as you will then be able to receive notification of your delivery window by text.
  • Confirm you have accepted the “terms and conditions”
  • Click on the Pay Pal Button
  • If you have a PayPal account log in and follow the instructions
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, log in as a guest user and pay by credit or debit card
  • On completion you will receive an email confirming your order
  • When your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email

Payment

Payment for products purchased directly from our website is always by PayPal.

For bespoke items that we have been commissioned to design and make especially for you we can accept personal cheques, bank transfer payments or payments into our PayPal account.

Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK is free.  We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days. There will always be two parcels.  One parcel will contain the mannequin leg and the second will contain the lampshade, lamp carrier and free LED bulb.  Parcels will be sent via DPD LOCAL where you can track your parcel and receive a delivery window, which you are able to change if you are not going to be in.   Please ensure you give a valid email address and if possible a mobile phone number.

We can deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.  However there will be an additional courier charge of £15.

Please note that, if you live locally, your order may be delivered by us and, if so, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Unfortunately we cannot always accept orders outside of the UK.  If you reside outside of the United Kingdom and you are interested in purchasing our products please contact us linda@hollywoodlamps.co.uk.

Money back guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  Return postage costs are non-refundable and all items must be sent back via a guaranteed delivery service and in their original packaging at your own expense.

We will be happy to arrange this for you using our courier service.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been customised or personalised for you in any way.
